MANGTECH / YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy explains how Mangtech handles personal information collected through this website and its enquiry forms. It covers this website, rather than the separate terms of any service you may later purchase.

Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected service and message. You can also choose to provide your phone number and business name. The form also identifies whether your enquiry came from the Home or Contact page. Our form provider may record submission times and technical information needed to deliver the message and prevent abuse.

Name, email address, service and message are required to use the form. Without these details, the form cannot accept your enquiry. Please avoid including passwords, payment card information or sensitive personal information in your message.

How your information is used

Your information is used to receive, review and respond to your enquiry, understand your project and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. The website does not send enquiry details to advertising networks.

Storage and service providers

The website performs automatic spam checks, then securely sends accepted enquiries through Google Workspace to info@mangtech.com.au. New enquiries are not saved in the website’s database; enquiries received through the previous form may still be held there. Our website hosting providers process information needed to operate and secure the website. Our email provider also processes and stores messages received in our inbox.

Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Our hosting and email providers may process information outside Australia. The exact processing locations depend on the providers and are not specified by this website.

Fonts, photos and videos

Fonts, photos and videos are served directly through this website. Your browser does not contact an external font service when loading a page, and playing a video does not load a YouTube or Vimeo player.

See our Cookie Policy for more about cookies and browser storage.

Security and retention

The website uses HTTPS. The forms use a hidden spam-trap field, short-lived submission tokens, minimum completion-time checks and server-side submission limits. Hashed network and email identifiers, timestamps and delivery status are temporarily stored for these checks; enquiry message content is not stored in these security records. Security records older than 24 hours are removed when the next form session is created. No online service can guarantee absolute security or eliminate all spam. The email delivery service temporarily keeps submission identifiers and delivery status to prevent duplicate emails; it does not save enquiry content in these records. Enquiries held in our inbox and any earlier database records remain until removed; this website does not automatically delete those records. You can ask us to review, correct or delete information using the contact process below. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.

Access, correction and privacy requests

To ask about information you have submitted, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our Contact page. Select “Something else / Not sure yet” and start your message with “Privacy request”. Include the date and email address used for your enquiry, but do not send identity documents in the form. You can also email info@mangtech.com.au directly.

We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. We will review your request or complaint and respond using the contact details you provide. If a concern remains unresolved, you can seek information about available complaint options from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
